Hi there! I am a wife and mother of two awesome kids – one lives way too far away and the other lives maybe a little too close… 🙂 My husband and I have our own business that we run from the house (he does most of the work) which allows me time to blog. I love animals, French martinis, and dislike cooking.

We moved my ageing mom close to us – not a great deal of thought went into it, but it had to be done. This is my journey caring for my elderly mom and the good, the bad, and the weird that go along with it. I’m hoping that my  experience will be helpful to anyone who is considering caring for an elderly parent. Come along for the ride!
